Turning the tables

Table 3table 1

When Gail Rowlands visited our stall and went away with a rather sad looking wooden plant stand, we did wonder what would become of it – was it destined for fire wood perhaps?? We need not have been concerned – Gail has worked her magic and transformed the stand into the thing of beauty that you see here. It just shows us all what can be achieved with a little vision and a tin or two of paint!

Well done, Gail, what a wonderful up-cycling job you’ve done – you’ve breathed life back into something that was destined for a unused and unloved future and now has a second chance. You’re defiantly an inspiration to us here at Copper Jug.

Book ’em Danno!

Dan picture

A big thank you to Dan who visited our stall when we were in Faversham. Dan went away with a selection of vintage books. He very kindly sent us this picture of what he had done with them.

We were very impressed with his flare – such as stylish way to display them,  and make what could have been an uninteresting bookshelf positively stylish!

We will certainly be  borrowing Dan’s ideas ourselves.
